As an example, this might be running and completing your first 10km run or achieving a sub 90-minute half marathon. We will agree on the goal and timeline in advance.

I will evaluate your course/goal and e-mail you your customized plan in an excel spreadsheet. I highly suggest that you pair the nutrition and weekly calls with this for accountability and an improved opportunity to achieve your goals.

    You cannot underestimate the true value of a training plan that is personalized to your exact needs. Generic plans are great, some even work, but they will always be missing something….’you’! Joe takes the time to know his clients, their strengths, weaknesses, but most of all, what they are really looking to achieve. If you are going to invest in a plan, then do so with someone who is not only knowledgeable about the sport, but passionate about your success. Although you may live to regret quite a few decisions before you are old and grey, this my fellow runners, will not be one of them.
