This is Go Pro footage of one of my favorite little trails, Owl’s Roost. This is also part of the Triple Lakes 40 Mile Race that I will be running in October of 2017. It is a tricky little trail that takes a toll on the legs due to the hills. In Part 1, I highlight the easier part of the trail, Part 2 will feature the harder portion.
